Whether a 3-, 4- or 5-day exercise program suits your schedule and needs.
Program Design
An exercise program to focus on your specific goals; an example of SMART goals is shown below. This will also take into account exercise equipment you may wish to use as opposed to your bodyweight.
Measurements
We take key body measurements and photos which will be used as our baseline for check-ins.

We start with assessing your current health and fitness; and then we determine and set your SMART goals.

Program
A custom exercise program is then created for you; and we set up a virtual call to go over the program including the tools available to support your execution.

Exercise
With the support of our video exercise library and instructional videos, you will execute the program on your own. Sessions will be designed to last 30 minutes each day. Exercises are designed based on equipment you wish to use.

Coaching
Every two weeks we have a Virtual session; where we review your measurements and photos, go over the exercises and update as needed based on goals and comfort level.
